Link the card in Rakuten, add the current in-store offer, confirm it is still linked, then use the same physical card at the store.

Rakuten states the program has no extra cost. Offers can be single-use or expire, mobile wallets may not transmit qualifying card data, online or phone orders are excluded, and returns, gift cards, store cards, PIN debit, and merchant-specific exclusions apply.
