Official sources win
Provider, issuer, agency, library, and administering-program sources rank ahead of third-party directories. Directory-only records remain leads until first-party evidence supports them.
Corrections stay visible
Verification history and expiration reports are append-only review signals. They do not silently rewrite the underlying catalog or pretend uncertainty has disappeared.
