TERMS OF USE / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 26, 2026

Use the catalog as evidence, not a promise.

These terms apply to the Andrew’s Freebies website, API, data exports, and agent interfaces. Using the service means using it within the scope and limitations described below.

01

Informational service

Andrew’s Freebies is an independent catalog, not a provider, issuer, retailer, government agency, law firm, financial adviser, or eligibility decision-maker. A record, verification result, ranking, or answer is informational and does not guarantee availability, approval, value, eligibility, price, or current terms.

02

Confirm before acting

Check the linked provider or administering-program source before enrolling, purchasing, applying, canceling, or sharing information. The provider’s current terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules, and decisions control the transaction or benefit.

03

Third-party destinations

Official action links lead to third-party services that Andrew’s Freebies does not operate or control. The project does not currently use affiliate links, but a third party may charge fees, require payment details, renew a subscription, deny eligibility, change an offer, or remove it.

04

Agent and API use

People and automated agents may retrieve and cite public records through the documented interfaces. Do not present uncertain records as guaranteed facts, conceal material fees or conditions, or use the service to request or expose credentials, payment data, private account information, or sensitive browsing context.

05

Reports and acceptable use

Submit changed-offer reports only in good faith and with relevant evidence. Do not send false, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive requests; evade reasonable service protections; interfere with availability; or use a report endpoint to harass a person or provider. A report is a review signal and does not itself change the catalog.

06

Availability and changes

The service and its records may be corrected, updated, limited, or discontinued. Automated checks can fail or be blocked, and a reachable page does not prove that its terms apply to a particular person. Verification history remains separate from current catalog presentation so uncertainty is not silently erased.
