Requirements

Join MileagePlus Dining, link the card, choose a participating restaurant, and pay it directly with the linked card.
Cost basis
Qualifying purchase required. The benefit is earned only when the user makes an eligible underlying purchase.
Cost and fees
Membership is free. A linked card can participate in only one Rewards Network-operated program at a time; PIN debit, third-party apps, restaurant schedules, review or email requirements, and spending caps can affect rewards.
