No automatic charge. To keep creating sheets after the trial, deliberately buy a subscription or be added as a user to an eligible Business, Enterprise, or Advanced Work Management plan. Smartsheet's current U.S. list prices are $24 per Business member/month when billed monthly or $19 per member/month when billed yearly, with a three-member minimum; Pro is a separate lower-tier option at $12 monthly or $9 yearly per member for one to ten members. Taxes, add-ons, regional prices, and the final checkout terms can differ. Without an upgrade, trial-created sheets become read-only for 30 days and are then deleted.
Eligibility
Use the provider-hosted signup with a work email or a supported Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in and select the appropriate Smartsheet data region. Smartsheet allows multiple invited people in one trial account. The trial has feature restrictions, including no publishing, no API-token generation, no web-content dashboard widgets, and outbound-email limits. After a trial expires, another trial request requires a 90-day wait. Confirm the current account and regional terms before signup.
