No automatic paid continuation is established without a payment method. At trial end or when the $300 credits are exhausted, the organization can add a payment method and continue on Standard, upgrade to Enterprise, or bring its resources within the applicable limits and downgrade to Starter or Builder. Current Standard pricing has a $50 monthly minimum; actual usage above that minimum is billed separately.
Eligibility
One Standard trial per eligible Pinecone organization. An organization already on Builder, Standard, or Enterprise cannot activate it, and organizations that initially subscribed through a marketplace partner are excluded. A free Starter organization can activate the trial. Create or sign in to the organization, confirm the displayed trial and billing state, and keep usage within Starter or Builder limits before downgrading; incompatible resources such as excess projects, indexes, regions, storage, backups, or users may need to be removed or migrated.
