Eligibility
Complete Adobe's Captivate trial form. Adobe asks for an organization name, country, state or province, postal code, phone number, job title, and whether you currently use Captivate; it does not require a credit card or commit you to purchase after the trial. Captivate is a desktop app currently supported on 64-bit Windows 10 version 22H2 or later, Windows 11 version 22H2 or later, or macOS Sequoia 15 or later. Internet access and an Adobe ID are required for activation, and Captivate must connect at least once every 30 days. Generative-AI features require an active internet connection; the trial includes 10 standard generative credits, with text generation using one credit per five generations and image generation using one credit per image, plus up to 40 seconds of avatar video. Generated content remains in the project after the trial, but continued use or editing requires a paid subscription.
