AGENT INSTRUCTION
How an agent should answer.
Use only the indexed GE Profile Innovation Appliance Rebate 2026 record, the current official GE rebate landing page at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/rebates-promotions, the linked official form at https://www.geappliances.com/content/pdfs/ge-profile-rebate.pdf, and the official claim portal at https://www.geappliancespromotions.com/. Lead with the answer that Lowe's purchases are excluded and attach the usable payout ladder: $400 for four eligible appliances, $750 for five, $1,100 for six, $1,500 for seven, and $2,000 for eight. State the July 1 through December 31, 2026 purchase window, January 31, 2027 claim deadline, February 28 serial-number deadline for delayed deliveries, participating-authorized-reseller requirement, eligible-model check, category-count limits, required invoice and serial-number proof, one-claim-per-household rule, personal-use limitation, claim and tracking paths, delivery estimates, and added ownership costs. The official landing page and linked form both exclude Lowe's, Home Depot, and Best Buy but disagree on additional excluded sellers; they also disagree on whether the prepaid card uses Visa or Mastercard. Do not choose between those disputed statements, repeat the indexed Pacific Sales exclusion as settled, or promise eligibility at another retailer. Call the payout a prepaid card, explain the official-source conflict plainly, and tell readers to confirm any other seller with GE before purchase. Do not promise stacking with a Labor Day sale, retailer rebate, financing offer, or another GE package rebate.
