What should you verify before using the offer?

The base package tiers are $100 for two eligible appliances, $250 for three, $400 for four, $700 for five, $1,000 for six, $1,400 for seven, and $2,000 for eight. The advertised $4,000 maximum is not an automatic eight-piece payout: only four-to-eight-piece packages can add the individual $50-to-$250 bonuses printed beside eligible models on the current form.
A package must use models on Bosch's current eligible list and include at least two product categories among refrigerators, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, microwave ovens, ventilation, and dishwashers. A dishwasher cannot serve as one of the two required categories in a two-piece package. Only one appliance per category counts, except that a package of three or more may include up to two dishwashers, and no claim may include more than eight appliances.
The current form excludes purchases from Lowe's, Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, and Pacific Sales nationwide. It also excludes laundry products, accessories, open-box, B-stock, and clearance products. The purchase window ends December 31, 2026, but full payment and the online submission or mail postmark are due February 1, 2027. Serial or FD numbers may be added online through March 1, 2027, which matters when an eligible appliance is backordered or delivered after the claim is opened. Bosch says backorder exceptions are reviewed case by case, so do not treat the later serial-number date as an extension of the purchase, payment, or claim deadline.
Bosch estimates six to eight weeks for an online claim and eight to ten weeks for a mailed claim. Approved claim instructions come from notification@Boschappliancedigitalrewards.com, and the support number on the current form is 1-888-771-8345. Claims cannot be submitted by phone. Check the portal first, then call if the documented processing window has passed or Bosch requests missing proof.
Bosch's promotion page calls the reward a Visa prepaid card, while the linked current rebate form repeatedly describes a Mastercard prepaid card. Because Bosch's own sources conflict, treat the payout as a prepaid card and follow the network, expiration date, and use restrictions supplied with the approved reward. The current form warns that funds are unavailable after the card expires.
The form says this rebate cannot combine with another Bosch mail-in rebate unless the other program specifically allows it. Compare the net package price after retailer discounts, delivery, installation, disposal, taxes, accessories, and financing, but do not add two rebates together without written terms covering the exact models. Keep the dated form, invoice, model list, submission confirmation, and card email until the claim is paid and the return period has ended.
