Requirements

Receive credit approval and make at least $6,000 in eligible net purchases on the Account Owner's card within 120 days of opening the account. Employee-card purchases do not count toward this enrollment bonus. The account must remain open and in good standing; the points normally post within one to two statement billing cycles after the requirement is met, and the offer cannot be combined with another bonus offer.

Apply through the official U.S. Bank Business Leverage offer and complete at least $6,000 in eligible net purchases on the Account Owner's card within the first 120 days.
