Requirements

Open a new Straight4ward Rewards Checking account with promo code 4FRONT400. For each of three consecutive months, deposit at least $500 into the account (direct deposit is not required), log in to online banking or the 4FrontGo app at least once, make at least 15 purchases with the 4Front Debit Mastercard, and remain enrolled in eStatements/eNotifications. Keep the membership, Prime Share savings, and checking account open, active, and in good standing through payout. The promotion excludes current members, people whose 4Front accounts closed within the preceding three months, anyone who received a 4Front promotional payout within the preceding 36 months, and employees. The page's callout says applicants may apply online or at the Holland, Zeeland, or Muskegon branches, but its controlling fine print says the offer is available only at those three branches; confirm that 4FRONT400 is attached and eligible for the intended opening channel before submitting an application.

Cost and fees

Straight4ward Rewards Checking advertises no monthly maintenance fee or minimum balance, but membership requires a separate Prime Share savings account with a $1 deposit. Its 4.08% APY on $0.01–$15,000 and advertised up-to-$600 annual return are separate ongoing account rewards, not part of the $400 signup bonus; the rate is subject to change and fees may reduce earnings. The current personal fee schedule lists $25 Courtesy Pay items for the first two per day, $25 returned ACH/check items for the first two per day and $5 thereafter, $25 returned debit-card items for the first two per day and $0 thereafter, a $5 monthly inactive-checking fee after six months of nonuse, and $1.50 for each non-CO-OP ATM transaction after three free transactions per month. The consumer agreement contains binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, with small-claims and active-duty-servicemember exceptions, and permits written rejection within 30 days. The currently linked federal privacy notice says 4Front collects Social Security number, name, address, income, balances, transaction history, credit history, and credit scores; shares for everyday business, its own marketing, and joint marketing without a published opt-out; does not share for affiliate everyday business or marketing or nonaffiliate marketing outside joint-marketing arrangements; and continues the described sharing after membership ends.
