Requirements
Eligibility is based on qualifying combat or operational service, military sexual trauma, bereavement, or another category defined by VA. Family eligibility depends on the veteran's or service member's qualifying service and issue.

Use the Vet Center directory or call 877-927-8387 to confirm eligibility and schedule with a nearby center or mobile service.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Vet Center services are prepaid through military service; no VA health-care enrollment or service-connected disability rating is required for eligible users.
