Requirements
Be an eligible city resident covered by the solid-waste fee and follow appointment, proof, item, quantity, packaging, transport, vehicle, facility, and safety rules; business waste is excluded.
How to activate
Review accepted items, make a reservation if required, package material safely, and bring proof of residence to the designated facility.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Base eligible access is covered by the city's solid-waste fee; excess quantities, excluded material, commercial waste, or additional services may cost extra or be refused.
