What it unlocks

Requirements
The applicant must be at least 55, unemployed, and have family income no more than 125% of the federal poverty level under current program counting rules. Enrollment is subject to local openings, assessment, time limits, and statutory priorities for veterans and spouses and other people with barriers to employment.
