Requirements
Be an eligible residential solid-waste customer, schedule through the current monthly process, and follow appointment, annual-use, item, 20-gallon quantity, container, placement, property-type, commercial-waste, and safety rules.
How to activate
Review accepted items and monthly signup dates, schedule an appointment, and prepare and place eligible material as directed.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Up to three qualifying annual collections are included; excluded property types, excess quantities, commercial waste, and other material may cost extra or be refused.
