Eligible San Diego Public Library cardholder
Requirements
Hold an eligible San Diego Public Library card, obtain an available pass in person, use it for one qualifying passenger vehicle or motorcycle, and follow the 14-day nonrenewable loan and return rules.
How to activate
Visit a participating library location, check out an available parks pass or backpack, and return it to the issuing location by the due date.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.

No additional program fee; card eligibility, underlying library charges, replacement costs, and venue-specific add-ons may apply.
