Requirements
Be a Saint Paul resident with a library card and no more than the allowed account balance, and follow availability, hold, one-device, loan, acceptable-use, return, loss, damage, and replacement rules.
How to activate
Use the catalog to place a hold or find a Lucky Day device, then pick it up and return all components by the due date.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
