Requirements
Eligibility includes active-duty members and immediate family, Guard and Reserve members and DEERS-listed family, specified expeditionary civilians, certain recent separating members, and qualifying survivors. The service does not diagnose or treat clinical conditions or crises.

Call Military OneSource or start live chat 24/7, confirm eligibility, receive authorization, and schedule with the referred counselor.
Cost basis
No-cost access. The core benefit has no required payment, purchase, deposit, paid membership, or pre-existing paid-product relationship under the captured terms.
Cost and fees
Counseling is free for eligible users. Clinical treatment, emergency care, or services outside the authorization can have separate coverage and cost.
