Requirements
The primary participant must fit the facility's current special-needs category, and both people must follow admission, membership or day-pass, caregiver, supervision, accessibility, pool, equipment, health, safety, and conduct rules.
How to activate
Confirm the current accommodation with the facility, identify the caregiver relationship at entry, and complete any required participant admission or registration.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
The qualifying caregiver enters at no additional charge; the participant's admission, memberships, classes, rentals, food, and other add-ons may cost extra.
