Requirements
Be an eligible residential customer, present current proof, and follow load-count, vehicle, item, quantity, facility, landfill, commercial-waste, hazardous-waste, packaging, and safety rules.
How to activate
Review accepted material and facility instructions, bring required account and identity proof, and have the eligible load recorded at entry.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Eligible customers currently receive up to 12 free loads per year; excess loads, excluded material, special handling, and commercial waste may cost extra or be refused.
