Requirements
Be age 0–21, live or work in an eligible Kentucky or Indiana county, and hold or qualify for a card from a participating library. The 2026 pass is valid May 30 through August 9 and each partner's event may generally be used once.
How to activate
Create a family profile in the Cultural Pass app or use the available paper alternative, add eligible passholders and guardians, and present the QR code or pass at a participating event.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
No additional program fee; card eligibility, underlying library charges, replacement costs, and venue-specific add-ons may apply.
