Who qualifies
Eligible Kansas City Public Library cardholder age 13 or older
Requirements
Be age 13 or older with an eligible library card, provide address verification or meet the current student rule, and follow hold, pickup, return, network, acceptable-use, loss, and damage terms.
How to activate
Place a hold for a hotspot, select a pickup branch, complete any required address verification, check it out when available, and return it by the due date.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.

Standard checkout and included data are free; loss, damage, nonreturn, replacement, and service outside the included plan may create charges or restrictions.
