Requirements
A participating public child welfare agency must certify and refer the family or young adult. Families must meet the program's child-welfare housing criteria; eligible youth generally must be age 18 through 24, have left or be leaving foster care, and be homeless or at risk. Housing Choice Voucher eligibility and local availability also apply.
