Requirements
Be an El Paso resident, bring a current water bill and matching photo ID, use only household material, stay within visit and quantity limits, and follow accepted-item rules.
How to activate
Confirm current station hours and accepted materials, request any required pass, and visit with the matching water bill and identification.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Resident use is included under city service rules; excluded materials, contractor waste, transportation, excess visits, and other services may cost extra.
