Requirements
The issue must fit one of the system's federal disability-program authorities, priorities, geographic area, and capacity. A system may decline individual representation even when a person is eligible.
How to activate
Use ACL's state-system directory, contact the organization serving the relevant jurisdiction, and complete its intake with documents and deadlines.
Cost basis
No-cost access. The core benefit has no required payment, purchase, deposit, paid membership, or pre-existing paid-product relationship under the captured terms.
