Who qualifies
Eligible Aurora Public Library cardholder age 18 or older
Requirements
Be age 18 or older with an eligible library card in good standing, sign the current hotspot agreement, and follow hold, availability, nonrenewal, service-disablement, acceptable-use, return, loss, and damage rules.
How to activate
Search the catalog for a hot spot or call a branch, place a hold, sign the required policy at pickup, and return the device to a branch by the due date.
Cost basis
Included with a qualifying relationship. The benefit adds no separate charge, but the user must already have an eligible card, account, insurance plan, library card, membership, employment, or similar relationship that may itself cost money.
Cost and fees
Standard checkout and included connectivity are free; late, loss, damage, nonreturn, accessories, and optional services may create charges or restrictions.
