Requirements
Live in Allegheny County in a pre-1978 home, have a child under 6 who lives in or regularly visits or a pregnant household member, meet current income and property rules, and complete documentation and inspection.
How to activate
Complete the program pre-screen, submit requested identity, income, occupancy, ownership or landlord documents, and proceed through inspection and approval.
Cost basis
No-cost access. The core benefit has no required payment, purchase, deposit, paid membership, or pre-existing paid-product relationship under the captured terms.
Cost and fees
Approved testing and eligible repairs are free; funding is limited and relocation, landlord contributions above program limits, or excluded work may create costs.
